By downloading, accessing, or using ScorePlus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ScorePlus is an IELTS Reading practice application developed by CampusGate. The App provides reading passages, comprehension questions, vocabulary tools, and study analytics to help users prepare for the IELTS Reading test.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

ScorePlus offers free features and optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual).
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed by Apple.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
No refunds are provided for the current subscription period after purchase.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Use the App for any purpose other than personal IELTS preparation
Scrape, copy, or redistribute passages, questions, or explanations from the App

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including passages, questions, explanations, illustrations, and software — is the property of CampusGate or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

ScorePlus is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment, or any official IELTS testing organization.

Band score estimates provided by the App are approximations based on your practice performance and should not be considered official or guaranteed results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusGate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
